it at a VAM workshop. February 3, March 3, April
5, May 3 - $300.

Maintenance Crisis at the PulsePointe Technologies

Systematic
Troubleshooting [STS]: At a recent STS seminar, a
Maintenance Engineer said this was a better course
than Root Cause Failure Analysis. After another
seminar, the participants brought in a real
problem from their plant to the class. They
estimated this problem had cost $80,000 over six
months. The class members used the STS process to
solve the problem in 90 minutes

February class almost full: 17 enrolled with a
20-person limit. Another class is scheduled April
