Class Cancellation Provides Unique Opportunity You Pick the Class You Want Us to Schedule We had a Practical Mechanics class scheduled to be held at a customer site March 27 - 31, but unexpected events forced the customer to postpone the class. We're changing the location of that class to the MPACT Learning Center, for the same dates. But here's the unique opportunity: We often have customers say, "I really want to send people to such and such class, but I can't send them that wek - I wish it was scheduled for a different week." Well, tell us by phone or e-mail what MECHANICAL class you want us to teach the week of March 27 - and how many students you GUARANTEE you will send. We'll hold the class with the most enrollments. If no different class is selected, we will hold a Practical Mechanics class. We will notify you of the class to be held by March 20. You can enroll people in Practical Mechanics online. If we change the class to something different, of course you will not be billed, or we will issue a refund if you pay online by credit card. Our usual ten day cancellation period will be revised for this one class. If you tell us you will send X students to a certain class, and we choose that class because it has the greatest demand, you will be billed for X students at your usual rate. As an aside, we will always try to accommodate your scheduling needs: tell us what class you need, and when you need it, and we will try to hold it that week.
