Is a 650% ROI Possible?
Well, obviously anything's possible. Here's a recent example:

MPACT conducted a Systematic Troubleshooting [STS] class at a major manufacturing plant. They had a problem that had plagued them for six months and had cost $80,000. At the conclusion of the seminar, the students used the STS process to tackle this problem. They found the cause of the problem in two hours. Thirteen students at $950 each = $12,350. You do the math.

Can you get this kind of return at your plant? Well, if you don't have any problems you can't solve, no. But if the cause of just one problem on a major unit is found by means of Systematic Troubleshooting, it could pay for the cost of the seminar many times over.

MPACT will hold a Systematic Troubleshooting class May 15 - 17 at our Learning Center in Greensboro. The class starts at 10:00 AM on the 15th and ends at noon on the 17th. The cost is $950 per student. You can enroll and find directions to the Learning Center on our web site, http://www.mpactlearning.com/.

Participants in this three-day seminar will learn:

How to coherently describe a specific problem
How to identify the "dimensions" and "boundaries" of the problem - i.e., what the problem is and what it could be but is not
How to identify the distinctions between each dimension and its corresponding boundary
How to use these techniques to filter out the many possible causes which in fact could not be the true cause, leaving you with the single true cause of the problem

Deliverables include: "Systematic Troubleshooting Skills", a comb-bound textbook, 83 pages plus 21 pages of sample worksheets, and "Systematic Troubleshooting Workshop Participant Materials", a 3-ring binder, 34 pages plus 21 pages of sample worksheets - total value $150.

An MPACT certificate of completion will be awarded to those who finish the course.
