MPACT's
New Web Site/Online Registration System

Open
House
The
MPACT Learning Center held its Open House on
Friday, June 18. It was a great success. Nearly
100 people showed up to see our new quarters,
observe our excellent training equipment in
action, eat some good food, and view our new web
site. If you would have liked to attend but were
unable, we'd be happy to have you - just let us

you can take a virtual tour at our new web site
at any time.
The address is the same,
www.MPACTLearning.com - but everything about it
has been drastically improved, thanks to the
great work of DuckhouseDesigns.com, our web site
design team. Here are some of the features of
our site.

Online
Registration
You
can now enroll in MPACT classes online using our
secure enrollment system. This new system allows
you to register at any time, from any PC with
internet access. Here's how it works.
The individual with purchasing authority
for your operation, i.e. the Plant Contact,
signs in and selects the classes for which he or
she has students to enroll. For each class, he
enters the names and, optionally, additional
information about the students. When he has
selected all the students and classes, he clicks
Finish Registration, gets a chance to confirm
everything he has just done, and then that's it!
Billing takes place automatically through a
secure connection, much like Amazon.com or the
US Postal Service sites. An email confirmation
is immediately sent to the plant contact upon
registration.
As an added convenience,
the next time he goes to register students, all
previously registered students are available in
a drop-down menu, allowing them to be quickly
selected.
In order to sign in, the plant
contact must first set up an account, where he
will be asked to enter his basic contact
information, company name and location, and
credit card number to be used for the account.
(Payment by check is also possible.) He will
also create his own sign-in ID and Password. All
credit card and password information is
encrypted immediately and stored in a secure
database, and no information is shared with
third parties.
We encourage all plant
contacts to create their account online today!

Sort by Name, Date, or Number
With
just a click, you can look at our schedule
sorted by date, course name, or course number.
Classes that have completed automatically drop
off the list. New classes are added as soon as
they are scheduled. Click on the course name to
get a detailed description and
prerequisites.
In addition, when looking
at the course description pages, click on the
course name to get the next scheduled
class(es). |
