"I have seen first-hand the effects of the MPACT® training program, as a maintenance manager with Burlington Industries and as an MPACT® student myself. I was able to see technicians advance through the MPACT® program and see the skills put to use on the plant floor. Technicians who started out changing parts just to see if that would fix the problem suddenly start identifying the causes of a component failure and determining what is needed to reduce the future occurrences. The MPACT® program has a lot to offer a maintenance department. The controlled hands-on training methods of the program mesh theory and practical application.
